221 Main Street

A digital display that extends from the interior lobby to the exterior façade of the 221 Main Street building.

AHL and ESI design realized a sophisticated entrance for the 221 Gallery in San Francisco, USA. Using different types of display technologies the pedestrian is guided into the building by an animated ceiling. At the front we find a high res panel which can provide useful information’s while the bottom face uses a low resolution display to show patterns. The large ceiling connects to a high resolution screen located inside the building.
